ZTX751 Overview
The collector emitter saturation voltage is -280mV, giving you a wide variety of design options.As a result of vce saturation, Ic reaches its maximum value (saturated), and vce saturation(Max) is 500mV @ 200mA, 2A.Single BJT transistor is recommended to keep the continuous collector voltage at -2A in order to achieve high efficiency.If the emitter base voltage is kept at 5V, a high level of efficiency can be achieved.This device has a current rating of -2A which corresponds to the maximum current it can carry for an indefinite period without deteriorating too much.Single BJT transistor contains a transSingle BJT transistorion frequency of 140MHz.A maximum collector current of 2A volts is possible.
