HMC361 Overview
In the 12GHz~18GHz frequency range, RF modulator operates.This RF IC is excellent due to its enhanced Die package.The package of this RF modulator is Tray.You can place this RF modulator to any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.In this RF module, 14 terminations are integrated for driving and receiving signals from data.0-pin RF module with improved power dissipation control.A RF switch IC's temperature of less than 85°C is required for operation.There must be no minimum operating temperature for this RF switch IC, which is -55°C.The RF modulator's supply current needs to be operated in the range of 83mA.
