In this RF modulator, the frequency is 5.8GHz~6.8GHz.RF IC with the enhanced 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) Exposed Pad package.This RF modulator is mounted in the Strip package.PCBs or development boards with Surface Mount-types can accommodate this RF modulator.RF module has 8 terminations built in for driving or receiving signals from data.8-pin driver chip with enhanced power dissipation.A RF switch IC's temperature less than 85°C must be used for operation.It is important that this RF switch IC does not operate at -40°C degrees Celsius at its minimum operating temperature.
