MAX2090ETP+ Overview
In the 50MHz~1GHz frequency range, RF modulator operates.RF IC features an enhanced 20-WQFN Exposed Pad package.The RF modulator is packaged in a Tube package.On any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board, this RF modulator can be placed.20 terminations are integrated into this RF module for driving and receiving signals from data.20-pin driver chip with enhanced power dissipation.It is important that the operating RF switch IC's temperature is below 95°C.This RF switch IC should not operate at a temperature lower than -40°C.To deliver its performance, the RF modulator's supply current need to be operated at the range of 85mA.
