RF modulator operates on the basis of the frequency of 24GHz~28GHz.This RF IC features an enhanced 32-TFQFN Exposed Pad package .There is a Tape & Reel (TR) package for this RF modulator.The RF modulator can be mounted on any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.An enhanced power dissipation control is provided by this 32-pin RF module.
