MC1496BDG Overview
The RF modulator operates on the basis of the frequency 300MHz.RF ICs with enhanced 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) packages are excellent with common characteristics.Tube package is used to mount this RF modulator.This RF modulator can be placed on any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.For driving and receiving signals from data, this RF module has 14 terminations integrated.14-pin RF module with improved power dissipation control.It is important that the operating RF switch IC's temperature is below 125°C.This RF switch IC must be able to operate at a minimum of -40°C degrees Celsius during normal operation.This RF modulator needs to operate at 5mA RF modulator's supply current in order to deliver its performance.
