In this RF modulator, the frequency is 11.07GHz~11.62GHz.An excellent RF IC thanks to its enhanced 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package.In the Strip package, this RF modulator is mounted.You can place this RF modulator to any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.An enhanced power dissipation control is provided by this 32-pin RF module.It must be below 85°C when the RF switch IC's system is operating.There must be at least -40°C minimum operating temperature for this RF switch IC.
