HMC723LC3C Overview
The RF modulator operates on the basis of the frequency 0Hz~13GHz.Due to the enhanced 16-LFCQFN Exposed Pad package, this RF IC is excellent .The Strip package houses this RF modulator.PCB or development board with Surface Mount-type connectors can accommodate this RF modulator.For driving and receiving signals from data, this RF module has 16 terminations integrated.A 16-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation control is featured here.It is important that the operating RF switch IC's temperature is below 85°C.There must be no minimum operating temperature for this RF switch IC, which is -40°C.
