MAX2620EUA-T Overview
In the 10MHz~1GHz frequency range, RF modulator operates.RF ICs with enhanced 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) packages are excellent with common characteristics.In this package, the RF modulator is mounted in the Tape & Reel (TR) format.Any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board can be used with this RF modulator.The integrated terminations of this RF module allow it to drive and receive signals from data.The RF module has improved power dissipation control.It must be below 85°C when the RF switch IC's system is operating.A minimum operating temperature of -40°C should not be reached by this RF switch IC.
