As a result, RF modulator operates on the basis of frequency 6GHz~9GHz.Due to the enhanced 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this RF IC is excellent .In this package, the RF modulator is mounted in the Strip format.PCB or development board with Surface Mount-type connectors can accommodate this RF modulator.This integrated circuit has 24 terminations designed for driving and receiving signals from data.An enhanced power dissipation control is provided by this 24-pin RF module.During operation, the RF switch IC's temperature must be below 85°C.This RF switch IC must not be operated at a temperature below -40°C when it is at its minimum operating temperature.Optimal performance can be achieved by operating the RF modulator's supply current in the 90mA range.
