Based on the frequency of 135MHz, RF modulator operates.RF IC features an enhanced 72-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package.The Tape & Reel (TR) package contains this RF modulator.This RF modulator can be placed on any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.This RF module has 72 terminations for driving and receiving data signals.The RF module has improved power dissipation control.There must be a RF switch IC's temperature below 125°C during operation.This RF switch IC must not be operated at a temperature below -55°C when it is at its minimum operating temperature.
