MAX2021ETX+ Overview
The RF modulator operates on the basis of the frequency 650MHz~1.2GHz.Due to the enhanced 36-WFQFN Exposed Pad package, this RF IC is excellent .Tube package is used for this RF modulator.PCBs or development boards with Surface Mount-types can accommodate this RF modulator.In order to drive and receive signals from data, this RF module has 36 terminations integrated.It is a 36-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation controls.A RF switch IC's temperature less than 85°C must be used for operation.There must be no minimum operating temperature for this RF switch IC, which is -40°C.For it to perform as expected, the RF modulator's supply current must be in the range of 271mA.
