To protect these photodiodes from damage, the Tray is used. A safety package containing the photodiodes is provided for their protection. As long as the photodiodes are operated continuously in reverse-bias mode, the maximum voltage they can tolerate is 75V. Continuously, the reverse-bias voltage should not exceed 75V for the photodiodes. In the absence of light input, the photodiode exhibits a current of 2pA.
