PDB-C617-1 Overview

As long as the photodiodes are operated in reverse- bias mode continuously, their maximum voltage is 75V. It is important that the reverse-bias voltage of the photodiodes do not exceed 75V continuously. A photodiode conducts 65nA current without light input.
