PDB-V615-3 Overview
In order to protect these photodiodes from damage, they are packaged in the Bulk. It is necessary to place the photodiodes into Chip with 34 Gauge BUSS Wire packages in order to protect them from damage. A continuous reverse-bias mode can only sustain 25V voltage per photodiode. Continuously reverse-bias the photodiodes shouldn't exceed 25V. Without light, a photodiode has 350nA current.
