To prevent damage to these photodiodes, they are packaged in Tray. In order to ensure their safety, the photodiodes are packaged into Die packages. Reverse-bias photodiodes can withstand a maximum of 75V in continuous reverse-bias mode. It is recommended that the photodiodes are maintained at a constant voltage of 75V in reverse-bias mode. It is possible for a photodiode to operate at 3nA current even if no light is provided.
