PDU-C119 Overview
To protect the photodiodes, they are packed in the Bulk. Photodiodes are protected by TO-5 Variant, 2 Leads, Lens Top Metal Can packages in order to ensure their safety. When operating in reverse bias mode continuously, the photodiodes can withstand 30V voltage. During reverse-bias operation, the photodiodes should never exceed 30V. In the absence of light input, the photodiode exhibits a current of 2.5nA.
