PDB-C610-2 Overview
In order to protect these photodiodes from damage, they are packaged in the Bulk. It is necessary to place the photodiodes into Chip with 30 Gauge PVC Wire packages in order to protect them from damage. A continuous reverse-bias mode can only sustain 75V voltage per photodiode. Continuously reverse-bias the photodiodes shouldn't exceed 75V. Without light, a photodiode has 20nA current.
