PDB-C505 Overview
Photodiodes are packaged in PCB Mount packages in order to ensure their safety. Continuously reverse-biasing photodiodes can withstand 100V voltage. Reverse-bias photodiodes should not be operated above 100V permanently. Despite the absence of light input, a photodiode generates 200pA electrical current.
