PDB-C120-I Overview
Photodiodes are enclosed in Bulk to prevent damage. Photodiodes are packaged in TO-206AA, TO-18-3 Metal Can packages in order to ensure their safety. Continuous reverse-bias means the photodiodes can withstand only 200V voltage. When reverse-biased, the photodiodes should not continually exceed 200V. There is 500pA current flowing through a photodiode even in the absence of light input.
