PDB-C617-3 Overview
Bulk is used to protect the photodiodes from damage. Photodiodes are protected by Chip with 34 Gauge BUSS Wire packages in order to ensure their safety. When reverse-bias is applied continuously, the photodiodes are able to withstand only 75V voltage. Continuously reverse-bias the photodiodes shouldn't exceed 75V. In the absence of light input, a photodiode produces 65nA current.
