PDB-C504-ST Overview
The Bulk protects these photodiodes from damage. The maximum voltage the photodiodes can withstand in reverse-bias mode is 100V. A continuous reverse-bias voltage of 100V should be maintained for the photodiodes. Despite the absence of light, photodiodes make 150pA current.
