PDI-C114-F Overview
The photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk for protection. It is necessary to place the photodiodes into TO-5 Variant, 2 Leads, Lens Top Metal Can packages in order to protect them from damage. When operating in reverse bias mode continuously, the photodiodes can withstand 100V voltage. Continuously, the reverse-bias voltage should not exceed 100V for the photodiodes. In the absence of light input, the photodiode exhibits a current of 3nA.
