PDB-V613-2 Overview
Photodiodes are protected from damage by the Bulk package. Photodiodes are protected by Chip with 30 Gauge PVC Wire packages in order to ensure their safety. A photodiode can withstand a maximum voltage of 25V if it is continuously reverse-biased. The voltage for the photodiodes should not exceed 25V in reverse-bias mode on a continual basis. There is 50nA current flowing through a photodiode even in the absence of light input.
