PDB-C157 Overview
To protect these photodiodes from damage, the Tray is used. Photodiodes are protected by Radial packages in order to ensure their safety. A photodiode can withstand a maximum voltage of 50V if it is continuously reverse-biased. In reverse-bias mode, the voltage for the photodiodes should not exceed 50V continuously. In the absence of light input, the photodiode exhibits a current of 2nA.
