PDB-C115 Overview
As a protective measure, these photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk. To ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in TO-5 Variant, 2 Leads, Lens Top Metal Can packages. The maximum voltage that the photodiodes can tolerate in reverse-biased mode is 100V over a continuous period of time. It is recommended to set the reverse-bias mode for the photodiodes to not exceed 100V on a continuous basis. It is possible for a photodiode to produce 1nA even without light input.
