PDB-V616-1 Overview
To protect the photodiodes, they are packed in the Tray. In order to ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in Die packages. In reverse-bias mode on a continual basis, the maximum amount of voltage the photodiodes can withstand is 25V. A continuous voltage of 25V should not be applied to the photodiodes in reverse-bias mode. The current in a photodiode is 35nA even when there is no light input.
