PDB-V609-1 Overview
In order to prevent damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Tray. Photodiodes are protected by Die packages in order to ensure their safety. When reverse-biased continuously, photodiodes can withstand a maximum voltage of 25V. A reverse-bias photodiode shouldn't exceed 25V continuously in reverse-bias mode. The photodiode operates at 50nA current even in the absence of light input.
