PDB-C101 Overview
Photodiodes are protected from damage by the Bulk package. The photodiodes are put into TO-46-2 Metal Can packages for safety protection. It is considered that the maximum voltage the photodiodes can withstand in reverse-bias mode is 100V. Under reverse-bias mode, the voltage of the photodiodes should not exceed 100V. In the absence of light input, a photodiode produces 40pA current.
