VEMD5080X01 Overview
To protect the photodiodes, they are packed in the Tape & Reel (TR). Photodiodes are protected by 4-SMD, No Lead Exposed Pad packages in order to ensure their safety. When reverse-bias is applied continuously, the photodiodes are able to withstand only 20V voltage.
