MTD1200M3B Overview
Bulk is used to protect the photodiodes from damage. When photodiodes are continuously reverse-biased, the maximum voltage they can withstand is 20V. When the photodiodes are reverse-biased, the voltage should never exceed 20V. The current in a photodiode is 500pA even when there is no light input.
