PD15-22C/TR8 Overview
In order to prevent damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). It is necessary to enclose the photodiodes in 4-SMD, No Lead packages for safety purposes. It is important that the reverse-bias voltage of the photodiodes do not exceed 32V continuously. There are 4 pins on the photodiodes. A circuit containing photodiodes can release 150mW heat. It should be 32V for the reverse anode voltage of the photodiodes. A photodiode conducts 10nA current without light input.
