VEMD1060X01 Overview
To protect them from damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). For safety reasons, the photodiodes are packaged in 0805 (2012 Metric) packages. When reverse-biased continuously, photodiodes can withstand a maximum voltage of 20V. When operating in reverse-bias mode, the photodiodes should not exceed 20V. There are 2 pins on the photodiodes. In the absence of light input, a photodiode produces 5nA current.
