PDB-C216 Overview
These photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk to protect them from damage. The photodiodes are put into Array - 16 Element packages for safety protection. In reverse-bias mode on a continual basis, the maximum amount of voltage the photodiodes can withstand is 50V. The voltage for the photodiodes should not exceed 50V in reverse-bias mode on a continual basis. The photodiodes have 18 pins. Even in the absence of light input, a photodiode occurs 5nA current.
