OPR5925 Overview
To protect the photodiodes, they are packed in the Bulk. Photodiodes are protected by SMD/SMT packages in order to ensure their safety. When reverse-bias is applied continuously, the photodiodes are able to withstand only 35V voltage. A reverse-bias photodiode shouldn't exceed 35V continuously in reverse-bias mode. Pins 12 are present on the photodiodes. While photodiodes are operating, the temperature should not exceed 125°C. But the photodiodes should operate at a temperature of -55°C. The photodiodes provided 35V when reverse-biased. A photodiode occurs even at 30nA current without light input.
