TFPT0603L1000FZ Overview
In order to prevent damage to the devices, PTC thermistors are packaged in 0603 (1608 Metric) packages. The PTC thermistors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR) for safety reasons. PTC thermistors should operate at -55°C. In order for this thermistor to function properly, the operating temperature must not exceed 150°C. In this thermistor, there are 2 pins. There should be no overheating if the thermistor is capable of transferring and conducting this power loss.
