To protect the devices from damage, PTC thermistors are packaged in 0805 (2012 Metric) packages. For safety reasons, these PTC thermistors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). For PTC thermistors, -55°C should be the minimum operating temperature. The operating temperature of this thermistor must not exceed 150°C. This thermistor has 2 pins. During operation, PTC thermistors could supply 40V voltage. It should be possible for the thermistor to transfer and conduct this power loss without overheating. The thermistor can theoretically supply 40V voltage when working. These thermistors are rated for 40V voltage in DC circuits.
