TFPT0603L4700FY Overview
To protect the devices from damage, PTC thermistors are packaged in 0603 (1608 Metric) packages. For safety reasons, these PTC thermistors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). PTC thermistors have 2 terminations. It should be possible for the thermistor to transfer and conduct this power loss without overheating. PTC thermistors produce 0.075W heat.
