PTCSL03T151DT1E Overview
In order to protect the PTC thermistors from damage, they are packaged in Disc, 4.0mm Dia x 3.0mm W packages. The PTC thermistors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR) for safety reasons. ldeally, the PTC thermistors should operate at -40°C. There must be no temperature above 165°C for this thermistor to function.
