TFPT0805L8200JM Overview
0805 (2012 Metric) packages are used for PTC thermistors to prevent the devices from being damaged. The PTC thermistors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR) for safety purposes. For PTC thermistors, the minimum operating temperature should be -55°C. In order for this thermistor to function properly, the operating temperature must not exceed 150°C. The maximum power loss that the thermistor will be capable of transferring without overheating should be 100mW.
