For greater flexibility, its 48-TQFP Exposed Pad package is used.There is a package in the form of Tray.The configuration is supported by 6 drivers.There is a mounting bracket in the way of Surface Mount.In the absence of a 10V~60V supply voltage, it can demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of -40°C~125°C TJ.Mosfet driver accepts input of type CMOS.Mosfet driver is possible for the high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) to be as low as 85V.
