NCP81253MNTBG Overview
The 8-VFDFN Exposed Pad package offers greater flexibility.A packaging method of Tape & Reel (TR) is used.This configuration includes 2 drivers.It's mounted on the way to Surface Mount.A supply voltage of 4.5V~5.5V demonstrates its superiority.A gate type of N-Channel MOSFET is used in its design.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of -40°C~150°C TJ.Non-Inverting is used as the input type in this program.Mounting the device requires Surface Mount.At the time of design, it is configured with 8 pins.Max (Bootstrap) can be as high as 35V.
