For greater flexibility, the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is adopted.A packaging method of Tube is indicated.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.In the direction of Surface Mount, gate drivers is mounted.In the absence of a 4.5V~18V supply voltage, it can demonstrate its superiority.Gate type N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of -40°C~125°C TA.Inverting is the input type used in this program.Initially, the configuration is composed of 8 terminations.Mosfet driver employs an interface chip called BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER as Mosfet drivers interface chip.
