Packed in SOIC, the electronic component is convenient for shipping overseas. Advanced packaging method Rail/Tube is used to provide high reliability. There are 8 terminations totally. With a 1.8V voltage supply, the electrical component should be turned on and run. 8 pins are injected to the electronic part body. This digital multiplexer has 20Ohm internal resistance. Please refer to the datasheets for 8 pins functions. This switch device is a typical Multiplexer or Switches. In a normalsituation, users should not supply the switches with voltage higher than 6V. A cost-effective Dual supply type analogue multiplexer. The lowest voltage fed to the electronic component should be 1V. 70μA current would be enough for this multiplexer to operate. If put voltage greater than 70μA on the device, damage may be caused to the analogue multiplexer. Dual supply volatge is feasible for this multiplexer. But it should not go beyond 6V. You should attach at least 1V voltage if you are using dual power supply. This switch operates within the bandwidth of 464MHz. Don’t miss additional features of the electronic component such as: SUPPLY VOLTAGE CAN ALSO OPERATE WITH 3V TO 3.6V. The switches should not operate in an environment where the temperature is higher than 85°C. 1 outputs are included in the analogue multiplexer.
