On the basis of the frequency 2.4GHz~3.55GHz, RF modulator operates.The enhanced 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package makes it an excellent RF IC.The package of this RF modulator is Tape & Reel (TR).PCBs or development boards with Surface Mount-types can accommodate this RF modulator.The integrated terminations of this RF module allow it to drive and receive signals from data.RF module with enhanced power dissipation control, 48-pin.There must be a RF switch IC's temperature below 85°C during operation.There must be at least -40°C minimum operating temperature for this RF switch IC.
