AD6650ABC Overview
RF modulator operates based on the frequency of 70MHz~260MHz.This RF IC features an enhanced 121-BGA, CSPBGA package .This RF modulator is mounted in the Tray package.This RF modulator can be placed on any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.There are 121 terminations in this RF module so that signals can be driven from the data and received.RF module with enhanced power dissipation control, 121-pin.Below 85°C is the required RF switch IC's operating temperature.It operates with the RF switch IC's minimal operating temperature of -25°C to ensure its reliability.
