HMC444LP4ETR Overview
A frequency of 9.9GHz~11.2GHz is used to operate RF modulator.This RF IC features an enhanced 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package .Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to mount this RF modulator.PCB or development board with Surface Mount-type connectors can accommodate this RF modulator.In this RF module, 24 terminations are integrated for driving and receiving signals from data.An enhanced power dissipation control is provided by this 24-pin RF module.
