TPS71733DCKR Description


The five-pin SOT ultra-small TPS717 family of low-dropout (LDO), low-power linear regulators provides extremely strong power-supply rejection (PSRR) while maintaining extremely low 45-A ground current. The family's rapid start-up, extremely low noise, great transient responsiveness, and good PSRR performance are all made possible by a sophisticated BiCMOS technology and a PMOS pass device. The TPS717 achieves a worst-case accuracy of 3% throughout all load, line, process, and temperature fluctuations by using a stable 1-F ceramic output capacitor, a precise voltage reference, and a feedback loop.
