78-BGA Module packages are used for the safety protection of the image sensors. An image sensor should provide a voltage of 1.5V~3.3V. The Tray will protect these image sensors. Generally, image sensors supply a voltage of 1.9V. It is, however, recommended that the minimum voltage supplied by image sensors be 1.7V.
