EPC635-CSP44-002 Overview
To ensure safety, image sensors are encapsulated in 44-XFBGA, CSPBGA packages. There should be 2.25V~3.63V voltage supplied by the image sensors. These image sensors will be packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR) so they don't get damaged.
